Frequently Asked Questions

New accounts for Dealers, Trainers, and Clubs require approval based on the documentation submitted.  We approve the requests manually, so it may take up to 1 business day for approval. If you need to order immediately, please call or email us and we will be happy to help.
When we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.  You can use this tracking number to check the FedEx (US Mainland) or USPS (HA, AL, Puerto Rico) website tracking function.  
If you need to change your order before it has been shipped, please contact us. Please note that if your order was for a custom target, we may not be able to modify it if it is already in production.
If you are a Dealer, Club, or Trainer and did not get your discount on placing an order, please contact us and we will ensure that the correct amount is charged.
